Background info on Mcfly.

Mcfly used to be one of the biggest and most influential bands of their time. They began in 2003, and the first song they ever produced was ‘5 colours in her hair’. In the very beginning, Danny and Tom met up in a hotel room on weekends to practice, hence the first CD being called, ‘room on the 3^rd floor’.

Today Mcfly are still famous, even though its members are both married and engaged. They’ve sold more than 10 million records worldwide and are planning another album. They mainly appeal to teenage or young girls and their image has changed from punky and trendy to smart and stylish over the years. 

Busted were one of Mcfly’s biggest inspirations, Tom Fletcher actually applied to be in Busted, but he didn’t make it so he founded Mcfly instead. Mcfly toured with Busted for a while as the warm up act.

Mclfy have made 6 albums to date and won 28 separate awards.
