Dear Managers,
My name is Elizabeth Baker, I am Head Girl at Thomas
Clarkson Academy and I have been a customer of yours for years and even chatted
to you on several occasions. I am studying A level Media along with two other
students (Paige Etherington and Toni-Marie Warden). For our course we need to
make a music video and we have chosen the song 'Love Is Easy' by Mcfly. We have
chosen to film 3 couples on 3 different romantic dates. What we are asking of
you is to use your facilities to film a date at the cinema. We would need to
film them sitting, laughing and watching a movie on the screen and therefore
only need to use one room. We have chosen to ask permission for the Luxe
because of its stylish decor and prime location. I have watched countless films
with you and I think that the customer service is fantastic, I believe that the
screen room would be a beautiful setting for our short clip. It will last for a
couple of minutes and we would love to know times when the room is not in
public use so that we could film in it.

possible, you would be helping us a lot and we would be extremely grateful. If
