I emailed the senior teachers in our school to help us try to find students to be in our video. The text reads:
'For our media studies A level, we are creating a music
video. For this we need students to act in it and it would be very helpful to
us if you could please show this PowerPoint presentation to as many students as
possible next week, perhaps through their form tutors. For the final scene we
will be filming a concert so anyone who wants to be in the video, but not as a
main character can be an extra in this scene to help create a large crowd. If
there are any questions then please contact myself, Toni-Marie Warden or Paige
Etherington.

I attatched the PowerPoint document proposal.
I also put a notice on the whiteboard in sixth form, and as you can see below, the students responded positively to our PowerPoint.
